Tub Overflow
If left unattended when filling up, it is common for bathtubs to then overflow. If not caught and stopped quickly as it just begins to happen, damage is often inevitable. Pictured, is a bathroom that experienced flooding. All linoleum had to be removed in order to not have mold grow beneath it. We had to use our state of the art equipment to pull up excess water from on and beneath the flooring, and to dry up any remaining moisture. That way when their new flooring goes in, the subflooring is completely dry and ready with no chance of mold.
