The SERVPRO of Burlington team is doing our part to protect the residents of Elon, Graham, Mebane, and the rest of Alamance County during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Through the North Carolina stay-at-home orders and into reopening we’ve continued to provide our essential services to the surrounding community.
SERVPRO’s commitment to keeping our employees and customers safe is critical to all of us working together to defeat this virus. Our office staff is including in their screening questions; have you or anyone in your household recently tested positive or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for coronavirus? All in an effort to protect our employees and other customers from exposures to the disease.
SERVPRO’s Production Technicians and Sales/Marketing Representatives are also adhering to CDC Guidelines and established protocol when meeting with customers out in the field. Each is required to wear a face-covering while onsite and disposable gloves. Their temperatures are also checked each morning daily before going to a customer’s home or place of business.
